These are the AdminLess company terms: they cover this website and they cover booking a call with us. Each of our other sites has its own terms for what it sells. Like the privacy page, this is written in plain English on purpose.
The most important thing on this page. Booking a call costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Nothing is built, and nothing is payable, until we have sent you a written plan with a price and you have agreed to it. Until then you can walk away owing nothing, and so can we.

We build and run software for organisations that cannot have a tech team. We are not a law firm, not an auditor and not a grant consultancy, and nothing we say on any of our sites is legal, financial or regulatory advice.
The call you booked
Our booking calendar offers two kinds of call, and each of them is 45 minutes: a process review for a social service agency and a scoping call for a company. You get whichever one the page you booked from offers, and the booking page states the length before you confirm.
- It is free. There is no charge for the call, no card form anywhere on our websites, and we hold no card details.
- It commits neither of us. You leave with an idea of what the work would take, or a straight no. We are not obliged to take the work on and you are not obliged to give it to us.
- It is a conversation, not a deliverable. It is not an audit, an assessment of your organisation, or advice we warrant. Anything we say on it is our view on the day, from what you have told us.
- Times are shown in (UTC+08:00) Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, and the confirmation email carries the links to reschedule or cancel. Please use them if you cannot make it. That is all we ask.
- The booking calendar is Microsoft Bookings, part of our Microsoft 365. What it collects and what happens to it is in our privacy policy.
What we do
We plan, build, switch on and look after software. Every engagement is quoted for that engagement: a written plan with a price first, agreed with you, and only then any building. Anything outside the agreed plan is quoted before it is done, never added to a bill afterwards.
What each service is, and what it costs, is on the site that sells it (with its own terms): agency.adminless.ai and company.adminless.ai. Where those terms differ from this page for that service, they win.
What we do not do
- We do not start building before the written plan and the price are agreed.
- We do not send a bill you have not already seen.
- We do not give legal, financial, accounting or regulatory advice, and we do not certify anyone's compliance.
- We do not promise a grant will be approved, or guarantee a commercial outcome. We commit to what we will build and when it will be live.
- We do not name you as a client, or publish anything about your work, without your permission.
- We do not take payment through any of our websites.
What we need from you
A plan and a price are only as good as the facts behind them, so you agree that what you tell us before and on the call is true and complete as far as you know, and that you will tell us if something material changes. Please keep other people's personal data and confidential material out of our web forms and booking questions; if we need it, we will agree how to exchange it safely first.
This website
adminless.ai is a company card: it says who we are and points at the two sites where the services live. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, and we may change it. The words and drawings on it are ours. Link to it and quote it freely, but please do not present it as your own. Third-party logos shown on it belong to those organisations and describe programmes we have taken part in.
Limits on our liability
We take responsibility for doing our work with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for a decision you take on the strength of a free call, for the accuracy of information you gave us, or for loss you suffer because your own systems or suppliers did something we do not control. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you have paid us for the work complained of.
Nothing here limits any right you have under Singapore law that cannot be limited.
Where to complain
Email hello@adminless.ai and a person will read it. Tell us what happened and what you want done about it. If your complaint is about personal data and you are not satisfied with how we have dealt with it, you may take it to the Personal Data Protection Commission of Singapore.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the Singapore courts have jurisdiction.
Changes
If we change these terms we will change the date at the top. The terms that apply to a piece of work are the ones in force when we confirmed it with you.
